Our Service to You

High quality, proactive preventative maintenance has always featured at the forefront of the CMS philosophy. It remains our profound belief that regularly maintained systems, whether in Imaging, Dry Cleaning, Medical or Cash Machines prove more reliable and therefore yield greater returns for the customer.

By having dedicated Service Engineering teams, the quality and consistency of preventative maintenance is ensured. Service routines all adhere to guidelines set out by individual manufacturers, with engineers following written checklists as the core of each planned service.

Servicing schedules and times are adjusted to suit individual customer’s wishes, with an emphasis on minimising or the time period systems are out of commission during normal working hours.

Service Engineers all carry comprehensive spare parts kits in addition to the specific recommended Service Kit supplied to the site prior to the service visit. In the event that further parts are required, engineers will (wherever practical) arrange for parts to be delivered to site before the service is completed.

Engineers constantly monitor machine wear, feeding back information to the Service Department in Head Office. Along with known parts usage, this information is then analysed to amend the content of Service Kits. As the requirements of machines change over the time, Service Kits evolve to reflect this.

All machines are thoroughly tested and cleaned before being put back into commission and engineers monitor the machine in full production before leaving site.

CMS offer a wide variety of service levels, from ‘pay as you go’ to fully inclusive packages. Whether an individual independent retailer or a large chain, service packages can be fine-tuned to customer requirements. Our entire business has grown around providing exceptional preventative maintenance that instils confidence in customers and in turn gives them the ability to provide reliable, high quality services and products.
