UNICOM REMOTE

UNICOM REMOTE is a scaled-down version of UNICOM, specifically designed with field-based engineers in mind. Its capacity to allow engineers to work autonomously is delivered through a range of powerful tools:

  • TIPS: On-line database of past machine fixes to allow common faults to be rectified as efficiently as possible
  • Inventory management: Ordering and tracking of parts over entire life cycle
  • Job management: Ability to self-allocate jobs based on training, location and priority

RK-MONITOR

Remote Kiosk Monitoring (RK-MONITOR) is a new software application designed specifically for our customers. RK-MONITOR investigates the health of every aspect of a photographic kiosk, automatically diagnosing issues and updating CMS immediately to ensure a fast and effective fix.

RK-MONITOR runs through simple procedures to rectify a problem. If RK-MONITOR cannot restore a machine to full health, it records each problem identified and creates a report to inform the engineer of all the facts necessary to  guarantee a quick and efficient fix. Simultaneously the information is transmitted to CMS, automatically logging a job onto UNICOM and thereby allowing the technical helpdesk to begin resolving the issue.
