Veritek and Noritsu are delighted to announce that with effect from 7 December 2009 Veritek has agreed to manage and deliver Technical Services to the Noritsu customer base in the UK. Noritsu has restructured its UK business to improve focus on the Technical Services function, including installation, warranty service provision and ongoing service contracts. Noritsu has invested in Veritek and has transferred its UK service business of 12 employees to Veritek as part of this restructuring.
This is the first step of a Europe-wide association between Noritsu and Veritek designed to improve the customer experience of Technical Service delivery. Further territories will be added to these arrangements in the New Year.
The sales function of Noritsu will continue to operate in the UK as a separately managed entity under the Noritsu European umbrella.
