Machinehealers now offer First and Second-Line, plus full Preventative Maintenance cover to the sphere of Cash Machine (ATM) service provision. A helpdesk facility is available to support onsite staff diagnose and resolve First Line faults, often reducing machine down-time and removing the necessity for a field visit. Should equipment still require further attention, Second Line and PM visits are attended by our team of highly skilled field engineers. As with all elements of Machinehealers, engineers are regionally based throughout the UK enabling quicker response times. Engineers are trained to resolve faults and conduct Preventative Maintenance visits on the majority of major manufacturer's machines including NCR, WincorNixdorf and Diebold. Reliability With approximately 54,000 ATM's (in 2005) currently in the UK, increasing at around 10% per annum, reliable service provision plus a rapid response and fix time is essential. Machinehealers engineers carry full diagnostic and comprehensive spare parts kits in order to maintain a target minimum first time fix rate of 90%. In the event of a replacement module being required, spare units are held at strategic locations around the UK and wherever possible faulty modules are repaired in-house in readiness for reintroduction into the field. Customers will benefit from leading edge technology as all machinehealers engineers can view ongoing and pending calls in real time through the group's Unicom service management system which incorporates TIPS, the companies own remote diagnostic and fix database, an invaluable aid in accelerating fix times. As with other divisions of machinehealers, the customer's individual specific requirements dictate Service Levels Agreements, flexibility being a key ingredient in the group's business philosophy.
